The Washington Pine Box Company was founded in 1927 in Spokane to operate a general warehouse and storage facility, and to manufacture wooden boxes. The company was dissolved in 1957.

The volume contains the articles of incorporation, 1927; minutes of the board of directors, 1927-1957; financial records, 1928, 1939; and articles of dissolution, 1957.
