The Knights of Pythias was an international, non-sectarian fraternity formed on February 19, 1864, in Washington, D.C. by Justus H. Rathbone. The Damon Lodge No. 3 chapter in Laramie, Wyoming was established on April 10, 1880, to support charitable, benevolent, fraternal, and social activities through their members to the Laramie, Wyoming community.
Collection contains by-laws, semi-annual reports, and correspondence relating to the Laramie, Wyoming chapter of the Knights of Pythias.
There are no access restrictions on the materials for research purposes, and the collection is open to the public.
