      <p>The Miller-Dervant Company was a costume and theatrical makeup store in Spokane.</p>

      <p>The collection includes examples of business cards and letterheads, some graphically
        interesting ephemeral items, and an illustrated trade catalogue of the firm. Also included
        are fragmentary business records, photographs of costumes for Shakespeare’s <title>Twelfth
          Night</title>, and a group of newspaper clippings that traces the development of the
        firm.</p>
