Idaho Memorial Building Committee: List of Servicemen, World War I collection contains materials related to the establishment of the Idaho Memorial Gymnasium. Contains list of servicemen divide by counties. Some correspondence relating to the names to be placed on the memorial plaque, and an alphabetical list of Idaho servicemen who died in World War I.
In 1929, the Idaho Memorial Building Committee was created to honor and remember servicemen from World War I. This included pulling together the neames of all veterans from World War I and other wars which are honored by the University of Idaho's Memorial Gym.
Materials are organized in alphabetical order based upon county.
Collection is open for research.
