      <head>Organizational History:</head>
      <p>KUGR began broadcasting in 1955 as a student-run enterprise. KUGR is supervised by the Department of Speech staff and trains students in broadcasting and programming techniques.</p>
    </bioghist>
    <arrangement encodinganalog="351">
      <p>The program logs date from January to December 1968 and are arranged in a single series in chronological order.</p>
    </arrangement>

      <p>The Collection is open for research use.</p>

      <p>The program logs of the KUGR Radio Station were transferred to the University Libraries, Washington State University, prior to 1970 (WSU 184).</p>
