      <head>History of Junior Chamber of Commerce of Cheyenne, W.Y.</head>
      <p>The United States Junior Chamber of Commerce (also known as the Jaycees) was established in St. Louis, Missouri in 1920 by Henry Giessenbier. The Jaycees were a leadership training and civic organization for people between the ages of 18 and 40. The areas of emphasis were business development, management skills, individual training, community service, and international connections. The Wyoming Jaycees now reside in Sheridan, Wyoming but originated in Cheyenne.</p>
