         <p>William B. Bader was an American diplomat who served with Senator Frank Church. He served on the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, was appointed deputy under secretary of defense for policy, and worked under the Bill Clinton administration as assistant secretary of state for educational and cultural affairs. He worked on the Camp David Accords, Taiwan Relations Act, and SALT II.</p>
