      <p>Theron David Read (1964-2009) was born in Burbank, California. He attended Cyprus High School in Magna, Utah. He attended Salt Lake Community College from 1994-1996. He was involved in theater and acting, the Salt Lake City punk movement, and The Industrial Workers of the World. He devoted much of his time to writing short stories, narratives, and plays, none of which were formally published.</p>
