This collection consists of records of the Evergreen Homes Water Company of Pullman, WA, collected and created by the company's treasurer, Carl R. Schroeder. It includes miscellaneous correspondence, filings and correspondence with state agencies in Washington, minutes (board and shareholder meetings), memoranda, documents related to the water system operated by the company, and financial records.
The Evergreen Homes Water Company owned and operated a private water system for the Evergreen Community, a residential area southwest of Pullman, WA. Carl Schroeder, the treasurer of the company, was a faculty member in the WSU Geography Department.
