			<p>The WSU Physical Plant was originally known as Buildings and Grounds dating back to
				at least 1908 when a superintendent was appointed to the department. The department
				underwent a name change to Buildings and Grounds in the 1960's and a reorganizing in
				the 80's. The department is responsible for small scale construction and remodeling
				work around the WSU campus, as well as day to day maintenance.</p>

			<p>Primarily consists of Operations and Maintenance manuals related to the construction
				of the Valley Road Multi-Use Recreational Field and the minor renovations of Heald
				Hall in 2003. All files range from 1990 to at least 2003. </p>

			<p>This is an unprocessed collection. Any arrangement reflects either a pre-existing
				order from the records' creators or previous custodians, or preliminary sorting
				performed by staff. </p>
			<p>Material within the box is in binders that pertain to various projects on campus.
				Binders are clearly labeled regarding the project they cover. Tubes include plans
				for the renovations for White and McCroskey Hall</p>
