         <p>Joye Dillman served as a faculty member in the Department of Human Development at Washington State University (and its predecessor departments) for 36 years, retiring in 2008. Her primary research interest is housing. She earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Iowa State University (B.S., 1963; M.S., Home Economics Education, 1969).</p>

         <p>This collection consists of a single folder of materials about Columbia Basin Housing collected by Joye Dillman, and a copy of her curriculum vitae. It includes several "Homes for Washington Farms" circulars issued by Washington State University Cooperative Extension in the 1940s and 1950s, and newspaper articles from 2002.</p>
