      <p>The Bank of Endicott was organized in 1903 and operated as an independant state bank until 1964 when it was voluntarily liquidated and succeeded by a branch of the National Bank of Commerce of Seattle. In recent years the N. B. of C. assumed the name Rainier National Bank.</p>
