      <head>Organizational History</head>
      <p>Bonneville Towers was built as a luxury apartment building in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1965.  Due to economic conditions, a number of apartments were converted into condominiums during the 1970s.</p>

      <p>The Bonneville Towers collection (1965-1982) consists of annual meeting minutes, an appraisal report, financial items, newsletters for unit owners, sales documentation, tax notices, and news clippings related to the Bonneville Towers building conversion from apartments to condominiums.  These materials provide an overview of the general economic conditions in Utah during the 1960s and 1970s.</p>
