Stuart W. O'Brien competed professionally in both freestyle and mogul events. He was a member of the United States World Cup Freestyle Team. Greta Paulsen-O'Brien has been a professional skier and competition judge.</abstract>

    <bioghist encodinganalog="description">
      <p>Stuart W. O'Brien (1956-1996) was born in Pennsylvania and began skiing professionally at the age of eighteen.  He was a member of the United States World Cup Freestyle Team and also competed in Mogul events.  Greta Paulsen-O'Brien (b. 1958) was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and began skiing at the age of five.  In addition to competing professionally, Greta has been an action model and ski competition judge.  The O'Briens were married on St. Patrick's Day, 1984, and were featured in many magazine articles before Stu's death in 1996.</p>
