P0086 Italian Archives photograph collection 1916-1952 62 photographs The Italian Archives photograph collection contains images documenting the lives and experiences of Italian Americans in Utah. The collection consists of individual and group portraits, photographs of social and religious events, photographs of buildings and events in Sunnyside and Helper, Utah and photographs of various Catholic churches. Collection materials are in English.

The Italian Archives consist of photographs of Utah Italians who helped to settle the region and contributed to the growth of several Utah communities. Included are portraits of prominent Italians and their families, traditional Italian holidays and celebrations, and businesses in such communities as Sunnyside, Magna, Price, and Helper.

Twenty-four hour advanced notice encouraged. Materials must be used on-site. Access to parts of this collection may be restricted under provisions of state or federal law.
