      <head>Biographical Note</head>
      <p>Frances Thora Sorensen from Forest Grove, Oregon attended Pacific University in the Conservatory of Music from 1903-1906. She married Arthur John Prideaux, a Pacific University graduate from Portland, Oregon, on August 15, 1908. She kept two photograph albums, one from her times as student at Pacific University and another during her early married years, 1908-1911.</p>
