He chaired the Portland Development Commission (1958-1972), was president of the Oregon Graduate Center for Study and Research (1972-1978), and founded the Western Kraft Corporation (1954-1972). Collection includes a scrapbook detailing projects of the Portland Development Commission, including the Portland Center, Lovejoy Fountain, Forecourt Fountain, Albina Neighborhood Improvement Program, and proposed Emanuel Hospital expansion; papers relating to the rededication of Forecourt Fountain as the Ira C. Keller Fountain; miscellaneous papers relating to the Portland Development Commission, 1952-1972; and papers relating to the Oregon Graduate Research Center, 1978-1986.</abstract>
