			<p>Environmental Health and Safety is a non-academic service department dedicated to
				promoting and supporting the university’s efforts to protect human health, safety
				and the environment.</p>

		<scopecontent encodinganalog="5202_" id="a3">
			<p>Primarily consists of various shipment files related to chemical transportation,
				hazardous waste removal. Also contains sample test reports related to chemicals used
				by departments on campus. Includes medical evaluations related to staff that worked
				with hazardous chemicals. </p>

			<p>This is an unprocessed collection. Any arrangement reflects either a pre-existing
				order from the records' creators or previous custodians, or preliminary sorting
				performed by staff. </p>
			<p>Boxes cover 1979-2002. Some boxes are ordered clearly and organized by subject files
				and chronological order, but others have no strict order. Some boxes also have item
				lists and accession lists within them, but not every box. </p>

				long-term pending destruction in 2032 and 2052, at the end of 30 or 50 year
				retention periods. However, three boxes (2, 7, 8) are intended for permanent
				archival storage, and should be processed after the other materials are destroyed.
				May also require evaluation for HIPAA Violations - contains medical evaluation forms
				related to staff.</p>
