The LDS Church's Relief Society was organized in 1842 in Nauvoo, Illinois, under the direction of Joseph Smith Jr.
The Relief Society General Board records (1959-1961) contain a list of various dictaphone recordings of Relief Society letters and meeting minutes.
Twenty-four hour advanced notice encouraged. Materials must be used on-site. Access to parts of this collection may be restricted under provisions of state or federal law.
