  	<head>Biography of Reginald C. Price</head><p>Reginald Carrier Price (1911- ), an engineer and economist, served with the U.S. Department of the Interior as the director of its water and power division from 1950-1953. From 1954-1957 he was an economic adviser for the United Nations' Bureau of Flood Control and Water Resources Development in Thailand. Price was the director of California's Department of Water Resources from 1961-1966 and a water resources adviser to the U.N.'s Mekong Project in Thailand from 1968-1972.</p>
