InterVarsity Christian Fellowship is an interdenominational evangelical campus ministry organization with chapters on college and university campuses around the United States. The Whitman College chapter was founded around 1974 as an extension of the pre-existing College Life Christian Fellowship group on campus. The chapter held informal discussions, concerts, prayer groups, an adult Christian education program, and volunteered around the Walla Walla area. They also produced two student publications, The Light (circa 1974 to 1978) and The City Zoo (circa 1985 to 1989).
The Whitman College Christian Fellowship records contain publications produced by the Whitman College Christian Fellowship campus organization, an affiliated chapter of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, from 1974 to 1989.
