    Scope and Content: Correspondence, address to Washington Territory Legislature.

    Restrictions on Access: Open to all users.

    Restrictions on Use: Creator's literary rights not transferred to the University of Washington Libraries.

    Acquisition Info: Address comes from the McElroy papers; correspondence was loaned by Roy Pickering for photostating, 1/1/1942; the Bagley correspondence may have come from the C. B. Bagley collection.
