    <head>Biography of Ron Franscell</head>
    <p>Ron Franscell was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. Afterwards, he became a journalist for several newspapers in the American West such as the Denver Post and the Beaumont Enterprise. Franscell also served as president of the Wyoming Press Association. In the 1990’s, he began to write crime novels, publishing his first book, “Angel Fire”, in 1998. After his first publication, Franscell went on to publish two more novels and sixteen true crime books.  </p>
