Richard K. Reuling was the founder of the Bullfrog Marina and spearheaded its construction. Bullfrog Marina is part of Bullfrog Basin, which adjoins Lake Powell. Bullfrog Basin is one of the National Park Service recreation sites of the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in Kane County, Utah. As of 2020, Bullfrog Marina offered the widest variety of services on Lake Powell outside of Wahweap, including: a boat launch ramp and pump-out area, picnic area, and paved aircraft landing strip. The concessioner in the Bullfrog Marina offers visitor services such as lodging, restaurant, gift shop, and grocery store. Bullfrog Marina also has campgrounds and a post office.
