The Oregon Museum Foundation was founded in 1944 with the intention of creating a natural history museum in Portland, Oregon. The museum they opened in 1949 became the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI).

Collection includes typescript by-laws, minutes, reports and committee lists of the Oregon Museum Foundation, later the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI), 1943-1944 and 1955-1959.
