    <bioghist encodinganalog="545">
      <p>Isabel Miller was born in Kansas in 1924. Later in life she was involved in the University of Idaho Women's Center and was active in the American Association of University Women. She additionally co-founded the Rural Women's History Project. Miller was a University of Idaho alum and also worked for Washington State University's College of Liberal Arts. Isabel Miller died in 2016 in Moscow, Idaho.</p>
