The Land use plan: typescript, 1934 collection contains statistical data on land use and ownership in Idaho, organized by county, prepared for reporting to the National Resources Board. Included are cover letters form M.H. Wolff, assistant regional forester, to H.A. Vogel, Agricultural Experiment Station, University of Idaho, Moscow, Sept. 17 and Oct. 23, 1934.
The Northern Region Forest Service manages 25 million acres of public lands across 5 states. Our 12 National Forests spread across North Idaho, Montana, and the silver of northeastern Washington. Northern Region Forest Service created a land use planning in Idaho organized by county.
Collection is open for research.
