                hundred and twenty commercially-produced 35mm transparencies of various Montana
                locations from the G. P. Slide Company of Houston, Texas and the GAF Pana-Vue
                company of Portland Oregon. Subjects include the Crow Indian fair, the Red Lodge
                highway, Virginia City, Fort Peck Dam, Earthquake Lake, and Glacier National
                Park.</abstract>

            <head>Biographical Note</head>
            <p>Bertha E. Buelow was a cataloging librarian who began her career in La Crosse,
                Wisconsin during the 1920s and later worked in South Dakota. She was living in
                Washington, D. C. In 1978 when she donated this collection.</p>

            <p>The Buelow collection of commercially-produced travel slides consists of one hundred
                and twenty 35mm transparencies of various Montana locations from the G. P. Slide
