      <head>Biography of Bethan Sandvik</head>
      <p>Bethany Sandvik was an American playwright, actor, dancer, and director. Sandvik earned a BA in Communications/Theatre from Allegheny College and an MS in Arts Management from Drexel University.
        She founded and directed the Studio Theatre at the Cody Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA). One of her notable works includes the play “The Cody Monologues: Famous and Infamous Women of the West,”
        which received an honorable mention in Fine Arts from the Wyoming Historical Society in 2017. The play began its run in 2016 and was performed each summer at the Studio Theatre in Cody, Wyoming.
        Additionally, Bethany served as Marketing Director and dance instructor at the CCPA and contributed to the Theatre in Museums national conference at the Indianapolis Children’s Museum. 
        She was also involved in writing and directing devised theatre pieces for the Cody High School drama team.</p>

      <p>This collection contains the script for the play “The Cody Monologues: Famous and Infamous Women of the West,” as well as articles, newspaper clippings, and advertising for the show.

        and the collection is open to the public. The Use/Reproduction restrictions on this collection are as follows: This material is restricted until 10/1/2073. The script can be used for all research purposes.
        To perform any part of the play permission must be granted by the author, Bethany Sandvik, who will approve any production rights and/or associated royalties. Should she be deceased or incapacitated permission
        shall be granted by Jacob Sandvik.</p>
