      <p>Twenty-eight black and white photographs, 1910-1912, of the construction of the Westover Terrace area of Portland, Oregon, by Lewis-Wiley Co. (also identified in the collection as the Lewis-Wiley Hydraulic Co.). Photographs include a model of the proposed development; sluices and construction scenes; the Portland Realty board on site; and the first house built in the area, William H. Lewis's house at 2877 Westover Road. Collection includes duplicates of some images.</p>
