		  Tatcher. Senior Rabbi of Temple De Hirsch Sinai, Seattle 1970 to time of
		  interview (30+ years).</p>

		  6, 2001; transcript, photograph, biographical and professional summary</p>
         <p>Rabbi Starr discusses early influences, his decision to become a
		  Rabbi, his professional life in Pennsylvania and in Seattle. He also talks
		  about his work in the community, changes in Reform Judaism in Seattle, and
		  interfaith issues such as marriage. Dr. Starr describes the growth of the
		  Temple and the community; and he discusses anti-semitism, Jewish advocacy, and
		  teaching.</p>
