		  Santa Cruz. Frank used the University of Washington's Special Collections in
		  researching her book Purchasing Power. Frank is also an expert on human rights
		  and U.S. policy in Honduras.</p></bioghist><scopecontent><p>Research files including clippings, photocopies, photographs, original
		  materials and ephemera collected and donated by historian Dana Frank. Includes
