The University of Wyoming. Multicultural Affairs office was established to advocate with, and for, marginalized student groups at the University of Wyoming. Their goal was to help students create a positive sense-of-self, create strong community connections, and thrive in all aspects of student life through community involvement, leadership groups and opportunities, and educational initiatives, groups and programs.

 Scope and Content

Collection contains newsletters, protest posters, scrapbooks, awards, documents, and websites related to various programs, groups and events within the office of Multicultural Affairs including Martin Luther King, Jr. and Days of Dialogue events, Minority Student Leadership Initiative (MSLI), Non-Traditional Student Center, The Women’s Center, and The Rainbow Resource Center.

There are no access restrictions on the materials for research purposes, and the collection is open to the public.
