		  ensemble that was devoted to folk dancing</abstract></did><bioghist encodinganalog="5451_" id="a2"><p>Dennis Boxell formed the Koleda Ethnic Dance Ensemble of the
		  University of Washington in 1967. Boxell was a folklorist, specializing in
		  Balkan culture. Koleda was named after a Balkan spring festival, and the dances
		  came from Yugoslavia, Greece, and Bulgaria. Yugoslavia invited the group to
		  tour Europe in 1968. The group disbanded in 1974.</p></bioghist><scopecontent encodinganalog="5202_" id="a3"><p>Photographs and ephemera relating to the Koleda Ethnic Dance Ensemble,
