Irwin Nash, a Seattle commercial photographer, engaged in a photography project in the 1960s and 1970s to document the life experiences of Chicano migrant laborers in the Yakima Valley in Washington State.
This collection consists of an audio recording of an oral history interview of Irwin Nash, conducted by John Guido in 1991. Nash explains his interest in using his skills as a photographer to document the lives of Chicano migrant laborers in the Yakima Valley, and his memories of the 1960s-1970s project.
