      <abstract encodinganalog="description">Twenty-seven 4x5 glass plate negatives of Larsen
                and Ricks family members taken between 1905 and 1925. Most of the photographs were
                taken in Logan or Petersboro, Utah and include Lars Peter Larsen, Hanne Kristine
                Larsen, William Henry Larsen, Rhea Ricks Larsen, Christian Frederick Larsen, and
                Irene Ricks Bastow. Other photographs include the Alma Sonne home in Logan, the
                spillway out of second dam in Logan Canyon, and dead fish. The original negatives
                are in storage, but contact prints are available for viewing. These negatives are in
                fair condition although a few have flaking of the emulsion.</abstract>
