The Happy Canyon show was launched in the early years of the Round-Up and depicts the life of Native peoples before white settlement, the arrival of white settlers, and subsequent development of the West. Members of the Umatilla, Cayuse, and Walla Walla tribes, as well as other tribes of the Northwest, have participated in the Round-Up from the inception of the event.</p>
