         <p>This collection contains professional papers of Isabel L. Miller, a counselor and recruiter for undergraduate students for the College of Liberal Arts at Washington State University, between 1977 and 2009. The collection primarily consists of papers related to the College of Liberal Arts and the Department of Sociology, including correspondence, newsletters, university publications, newspaper clippings, committee reports, and materials specifically pertaining to Miller's work as an advisor and recruiter.</p>

         <p>Isabel L. Miller was a National Certified Counselor and Recruiter for Undergraduate Students for the College of Liberal Arts at Washington State University. Beginning her career at WSU in 1979, she was the principal undergraduate advisor for the Department of Sociology, and served on scholarship, recruitment, and retention committees. Miller was also associated with the Commission on the Status of Women at WSU.</p>
