                  </emph> Correspondence, minutes, financial reports, opposition research files, issue files, audio and videotapes, questionnaires, press releases, media monitoring records, subject series, and clippings.</p>
               <p>Records document the effort to pass Initiative 119, the Death with Dignity measure in Washington State in 1991. The initiative, defeated by the Legislature and subsequently by the voters, would have allowed physicians to provide aid in dying to terminally ill patients.</p>
               <p>Also includes a handfull of correspondence files and Board Minutes for the organization when it operated as Citizens for Patient Self-Determination.</p>
