		  Prunarians, a group dedicated to promoting prune sales in Vancouver,
		  Washington</abstract></did><bioghist encodinganalog="5451_" id="a2" altrender="sync"><p>The Prunarians was a group of businessmen in Vancouver, Washington, in
		  the 1920s. At that time, Clark County in Washington was considered the prune
		  capital of the world. The group formed in 1919 in order to "promote prune
		  culture and consumption and to foster cooperation between local growers and
		  merchants." They also promoted the general interests of Clark County and held
