         <p>Bailey-Boushay House opened on June 24, 1992 to offer residential care and chronic care management for people living with AIDS. AIDS Housing of Washington, now known as Building Changes, built the facility, and Virginia Mason operated it. On December 1, 2007 Building Changes transferred ownership to Virginia Mason Medical Center.</p>
