Bailey-Boushay House opened on June 24, 1992 to offer residential care and chronic care management for people living with AIDS. AIDS Housing of Washington, now known as Building Changes, built the facility, and Virginia Mason operated it. On December 1, 2007 Building Changes transferred ownership to Virginia Mason Medical Center.
Copies of e-mails, correspondence, minutes, agendas, "House Reports", Board of Directors reports, Finance and Planning Committee documents, clippings, DVDs, invitations, and other materials relating to the Bailey-Boushay House.
Open to all users.
Some material stored offsite; advance notice required for use.
The creators' literary rights have been transferred to the University of Washington Libraries.
