Biographical NoteReturn to Top

Born in 1945, Carol Oseran Starin grew up in Seattle. After attending University of Washington, she worked in the field of education, participating in the Coalition for the Advancement of Jewish Education and helping found the Jewish Day School in Seattle. Starin has also served as Director of the Jewish Education Council and Vice-President of the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle.
