Scrapbook of newspaper clippings documenting local reaction to the death of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, closing days of World War II, and the deployment of the USS Valley Forge during the Korean War. Includes some greeting cards, dance cards, and a commemorative South Korean flag plus ribbons commemorating the FMS La Grandiere, a frigate, which served in Korea in 1950.
