Historical NoteReturn to Top

Laurence F. Livingston was a University of Washington student who entered as a freshman in 1910. He studied chemical engineering and was a member of the Society of Undergraduate Chemical Engineers. His studies seem to have been interrupted and he was still listed as a student into 1916, but it is does not appear that he completed his degree. Livingston was also a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity, played guitar in the Mandolin Club, and was active in the YMCA.
