Biographical NoteReturn to Top

Eva Lueree Fetters Totten (1895-1918) and Mildred Fetters (1897-1977) were born in Ohio. Lueree often went by the nickname "Billie". She married William Phelps Totten in 1917. Lueree died on June 6, 1918 a month after her son, William M. Totten, was born. William Phelps Totten (1892-1974) was Lieutenant with the 1st field artillery, U.S. Army.
