Historical NoteReturn to Top

This collection is the product of the University of Oregon's Audiovisual Department, which made audio recordings of a wide variety of university events as a part of their day to day operations. Recordings of events that were thought to be of historical interest were saved and eventually transferred to the archives. Additional recordings were donated by Don Hunter, the longtime department head from his personal collection. The core collection was at one point catalogued at item level and the collection contains one box with the original handwritten card catalog.
