Because You Are Here was a performance based on interviews with immigrant and first generation members of the Walla Walla, Washington community performed at Whitman College. The story phone line, Hear Here Walla Walla, was created in tandem with the performance as another means to share excerpts from the featured interviews. This collection contains the digital records created from the projects.
The Robert W. Stevens and Eva Joan Miller Stevens Papers contain materials that document their time as students at Whitman College, as well as their lives as active members of the Walla Wallla, Washington community. The collection spans from 1948 to 2005.
