Summary:The William S. Godbe papers (1984) is a photocopy of a handwritten statement in which Godbe describes his excommunication by the LDS Church, subsequent mining and smelting ventures in Utah Territory, his disagreements with Brigham Young, and his abandonment of polygamy. Godbe was a prominent Utah businessman. He was a member of a group of intellectual Mormon dissenters that became known as the Godbeites and was excommunicated by the LDS Church in 1869.

Summary:The Adelia Almira Wilcox Hatton Woods Kimball papers (1849-1868) contain one bound collection titled The Memoirs of Adelia Wilcox Kimball. This is a copy of her handwritten memoirs. Adelia Almira Wilcox Hatton Woods Kimball (1828-1896) was the wife of Heber C. Kimball, who was an apostle of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In her memoirs she writes about being an early settler in Utah, as well as her marriages and family life.

Erastus Snow was a Mormon apostle and missionary, an associate of Joseph Smith and Brigham Young, and a Mormon pioneer in Utah. Artimesia Snow was the first of his several wives.
