Summary:The Graduate Student Organization Records consists of three 5" x 12" boxes, one 24" x 32" box, and one rolled 24" x 72" banner. All items are in good condition. The OHSU Graduate Student Organization (GSO) was created by and for the School of Medicine graduate students. The GSO present awards, holds monthly meetings and various committees, advocates for graduate students, and promotes communication with faculty. The collection consists of 47 folders of textual documents and CD-ROMs, a box containing a printed poster presentation, and a Student Research Forum banner. The dates of the materials range between 2003 - 2013.

The materials in this collection document the history of the Chapel of St. Ignatius from the initial project proposal in 1991 through the design, construction and dedication in 1997. The collection includes architectural drawings, artifacts, committee minutes, graphic materials, moving images, award certificates and textual materials.

Summary:A.A. Lemieux, SJ served as the 15th president of Seattle University from 1948 until 1965, and also as Chancellor from 1976 until his death in 1979. Father Lemieux was recognized as a vibrant ambassador, civic leader, extraordinary fundraiser and one of the most successful presidents in Seattle University history. This collection contains the files generated and compiled by Seattle University's Office of the President during his administration.

Summary:William J. Sullivan, SJ served as the 20th President of Seattle University from 1976-1996, and also as Chancellor from 1996-2009. Fr. Sullivan was one of the most successful administrators in Seattle University history, stabilizing finances, establishing an endowment, inaugurating new academic and professional programs (most notably the Law School), while transforming the physical campus. This collection contains records from his time as President (1976-1996) and Chancellor (1996-2009).
