E. Clark, chairman of the Law Enforcement Committee, and the entire police department of Portland, Oregon and the courts of Oregon, particularly Judge McGinn, including illegal divorce and imprisonment.

Summary:Typescript affidavit, 2 pp, 1914, wherein Ready denies Barclay's allegation that he was interested in gaming rooms above the Cactus Saloon, and suggesting that Barclay had him confused with Martin Denny, the owner of a gambling den in the area. A. C. Barclay, a former policeman, was injured in a train collision in Malheur County, Oregon.
